GTMS can manage your special event from start to finish. Our customers look to GTMS to manage all of their special event needs. Our careful attention to detail, preparing with redundancy, and our technically trained help desk ensures that every event can be a success.
Once a venue has been chosen GTMS will assess the venue’s technical requirements and building codes. GTMS will supply this location with a certified technician and the correct hardware to support this event.

GTMS has hosted Ad Hoc Events in Restaurants, Studios, Hospitals, Hotels, Conference Centers, and Expo Centers Worldwide.
Our knowledgeable staff can assist you with any venue location you would like to use.

Site Survey |

GTMS will send a certified technician to evaluate the venue property.
He will work with the property contact or site Manager to determine the best place where the transmission equipment will be installed. He will also determine if there are any issues that would prevent a transmission to this location.

Audio & Video Rentals |

This includes rental items that may be necessary for a live transmission or media presentation. These items include; Projectors, Screens, LCDs, Monitors, Sound Systems, Lap Tops, Speaker Phones, Microphones, Podiums, and all the Interconnecting Cables. Our AV Services

Audience Polling |

Our “Live Interactive Polling System” can record the response of the live audience in a matter of seconds. The graphics are transported electronically and can be inserted to your presentation in “Real Time”. This makes the audience feel like they are more involved in the live presentation.

Feed your audience!!! GTMS can arrange your food and beverage requirements to meet any occasion. We have served Milk and Cookies all the way to a juicy 12oz Sirloin! Just remember, you get more attendance if you offer free food.

We can make sure every location can both send, receive, and interact with a live transmission.

GTMS can send Transmit/Receive Equipment in a fly pack so you can broadcast from any location!
Once the event has concluded you can send the gear back to us!

GTMS offers a web portal for our customers which they can watch in “Real Time” what is going on with their event.
This includes Technician Check in, Customer Confirmation, and assurance that each viewing location is having a successful event.
