System Engineering and Design: GTMS will coordinate with each customer to design a system that is both affordable and meets specific needs. GTMS is dedicated to ensure the customers' systems are installed and operational. Over the past 25 years our management team has installed over 20,000 system configurations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, and the Bahamas. We are fully qualified to design any system that would meet customer needs.

Adhoc Special Events: Utilizing worldwide resources to manage any broadcast from Europe, Asia, South America, Australia and the US to anywhere else in the world. GTMS can take care of items such as booking spae time, hub connections, uplink trucks, catering and booking rooms. They can take care of everything or piecebased on what the customer needs.

Full Satellite Installation: GTMS offers end to end satellite communications. From equipment purchasing, shipping, managing installation rollouts and maintaining network integrity.

Installation Completion Verification: Upon completion of an installation, the technician will demonstrate basic equipment operation for the customer. When the customer is satisfied, he/she will sign off on a customized completion certificate. The certificate will be placed in a specific customer file.

Distance Learning Systems: GTMS offers specialized equipment via satellite or internet. We have the resources to manage content distributionand technology to ensure each site or user receive the training they require.

Satellite Space Segment/ Uplink or Downlink Support:  GTMS has the knowledge and the resources to manage your satellite broadcast from start to finish. We offer competitive satellite space segment, along with complete uplink and downlink capability. GTMS has many years of experience with C-band, KU band, Vyvx Fiber, point to point, and microwave transmissions.

Help Desk Support: We offer a full help desk support to manage satellite broadcasts or to assist sites when they are having technical issues.

Commercially Trained Technician Database: GTMS has an extensive technician database that covers all of North America. Our technician base is 900+ and growing, with at least one technician in all major cities through out the United States and Canada. We have a history with many of these technicians dating back to 1985. GTMS offers full installation "Rollout" capability in all of North America. Our technicians have experience and training to provide high quality installations and services. The installations meet strict legal and insurance requirements.

Online Database Management: GTMS will customize a database to track the installation from start to finish. This will be completed per any customer requirements. Each customer is asked to provide site information that is pertinent to the installation. GTMS will then manage the rest of the process. During that process the customer can track their sites from start to finish.

Secure Warehouseing/Equipment Inventory: GTMS provides a secure storage facility. We will ship and manage any equipment inventory as required. GTMS maintains a database of serial numbers of critical hardware components used in customer networks. We carefully package and ship equipment to our technicians as required, usually within 48 hours o freceiving an installation order. Our up-to date shipping computers and software allow us to instantly track the status of any shipment.

Warranty on Services Performed: GTMS honors manufactur warranties on each piece of hardware that is utilized in a customer's installation. We also offer a standard 30-day warranty that covers labor on the installation issues related to the fault of our technician.

Service and Maintenance: GTMS offers a variety of Service and Maintenance (SaM) agreement. This SaM agreement ensures that each installatioed location is working properly throughout the year. These SaM agreements ensure that each installation location is working properly throughout the year and decreases the number of sites not online for a special broadcast. For a low monthly rate per site, GTMS would handle inbound calls for help desk support, and also dispatch technicians as required. The technicians would replace defective parts, realign the satellite dish, and perform regular maintenance as required. This SaM agreement is designed to help customers be "Worry Free" after the installations have been completed. If a site went "offline", our certified technician would fix the site usually within 48 hours.
